Helen Barker
Helen is a Psychologist, Coach and Leadership Consultant, based in the UK. She has lived and worked in Singapore and Sydney and has been helping senior leaders to overcome challenges and make talent decisions for the past 20 years. She conducts executive profiling assessments to inform senior hiring and development decisions, is a member of the INSEAD Executive Coaching faculty and partners with select Business Psychology firms to deliver Leadership and Talent programmes worldwide. She also sees private clients for individual sessions with a particular focus on transitions, questions of meaning and purpose, and wellbeing.
Helen is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Board and has a MSc in Organisational Psychology and an MA in Psychotherapy.
